Do I have to use the VFS Visa Information Centre?

Since 11 October 2007, the VFS Visa Information Centre is the only phone enquiry service we have. If you have a question about applying for a UK visa, we encourage you to use this website or the UKvisas website (www.ukvisas.gov.uk). Both sites have a wide range of information about applying for UK visas and we are confident that you will find the answer to most questions you have.
