Notarial Services

We offer various notarial services such as certifying copies of British Government issued documents, administering oaths, affirmations and statutory declarations. These services are available, at a charge, only for documents to be used by British nationals outside Hong Kong. We aim to complete notarial services within one working day.

United Kingdom Police Clearance

If you wish to obtain a police clearance certificate for the United Kingdom, you can find information on the Metropolitan Police website (www.met.police.uk/information/request_forms.htm).

If you require a certified copy of your passport for identification purposes to accompany the completed form, our office is able to do certified copies for you. Please refer to our Consular fees page for the appropriate fee.

Hong Kong Certificate of No Criminal Conviction
