Help for British Nationals
Consular Section provides services to British nationals planning to visit Hong Kong, travelling through or living in Hong Kong. We deal with all applications and enquiries about consular assistance, notarial acts, registration of births, deaths and marriages.
If you need a service that is not mentioned in this section, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you. If we cannot help you directly, we may be able to put you in touch with someone who can.
Register to vote
British citizens living abroad can register to vote as an 'Overseas voter' to be eligible to vote in UK Parliamentary (general) elections and European Parliamentary elections in the UK.
